The Water and Moon Festival is an annual celebration of the flooding of the Mekong River and the full moon in November. This three day festival takes place in Phnom Penh, bringing in droves of Cambodians from all over the country to visit for the party, fireworks, and the spectacular boat races (each boat can have up to 100 rowers).
